WHAT AREAS DOES STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC WORK?

Stone Ridge Strategic primarily performs commercial photography and videography within the following cities of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Riverside County Cities

Banning, Beaumont, Canyon Lake, Cathedral City, Coachella, Corona, Eastvale, Hemet, Indian Wells, Indio, Jurupa Valley, Lake Elsinore, La Quinta, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Norco, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Perris, Rancho Mirange, Riverside, San Jacinto, Temecula, Wildomar

San Bernardino County Cities

Big Bear Lake, Chino, Chino Hills, Colton, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Loma Linda, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Rialto, San Beranrdino, Upland, Yucaipa, Yucca Valley

Locations outside of these areas will incur travel fees to be paid by Client.

DOES STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC HAVE AN FAA PART 107 LICENSE TO FLY DRONES COMMERCIALLY?

Yes. Stone Ridge Strategic has FAA certified drone pilots and will show proof of licensure upon the request of the Client at the time of production. Stone Ridge Strategic will not email or send the Client pictures of our license(s).

CAN STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC FLY THEIR DRONES ANYWHERE?

Stone Ridge Strategic drone pilots can fly drones in most locations. Operations in Class G airspace are allowed without FAA permisssion. Operations in airspace labeled Class B, C, D and E need approval. Stone Ridge Strategic has successfully obtained approval in Class C Airspace. However, this requires scheduling well ahead of time. But don't worry, Stone Ridge Strategic will do this for you.

IS STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC INSURED?

Yes. Stone Ridge Strategic maintains general liability insurance for commercial photography and video production through the Professional Photographers Association and Lockton Affinity. It maintains drone insurance through Skywatch, which it may purchase hourly, daily, or monthly depending on the service it is providing to the Client. Stone Ridge Strategic will show proof of insurance upon the request of the Client at the time of production. Stone Ridge Strategic will not email or send the Client proof of insurance.

DOES STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit of total costs of agreed upon services are required. This guarantees the time-slot Stone Ridge Strategic has alotted for the Client and their project for commercial photography and videography. This prevents Stone Ridge Strategic for scheduling another Client at the same time slot. Stone Ridge Strategic will allow for one date / time reschedule for the Client given 24 hours notice without any extra charge. Stone Ridge Strategic will not be held liable if it needs to reschedule due to accident, illness, theft, acts of God, or any situation beyond its control. In any case in which Stone Ridge Strategic needs to re-schedule, its liability will be limited to a refund of all payments made by the Client to Stone Ridge Strategic.

WHO OWNS THE DIGITAL MEDIA CREATED BY STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC?

The Client owns the commercial photography and video production digital media that Stone Ridge Strategic delivers. Stone Ridge Strategic reserves the right to use any digital media it creates for advertising of its services on its own website or any social media platform it controls, to enter digital media in contests, and to use the digital media for instruction or tutorials it creates. Stone Ridge Strategic may not notify its Clients of the use of digital media, but may disccontinue use of the digital media within seven (7) days upon reciept of written request by the Client.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC TO GET ME MY DIGITAL MEDIA?

Turn around time for commercial photography and video production work depends greatly on the project. Most basic photo packages are delivered within 24 - 48 hours. Basic video packages between 48 - 72 hours. Accomodations can be made to get deliverables to you faster in certain situations.

HOW LONG DOES STONE RIDGE STRATEGIC STORE DIGITAL MEDIA?

Stone Ridge Strategic may archive all commercial photography and video production digital media for a period of 24 months. After that time, Stone Ridge Strategic may delete all digital media relating to the client from its hard drive and all external drives. Stone Ridge Strategic is not responsible for digital files once they are obtained by the Client. The Client is responsible for making electronic back-up copies of any digital media purchased from Stone Ridge Strategic and for keeping them in a safe place. Stone Ridge Strategic will not be held liable for the destruction of archived media due to accident, theft, acts of God, or any situation beyond its control.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Stone Ridge Strategic shall take the utmost care with respect to the production, editing, and transportation of commercial photography and video production digital media. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed within or beyond Stone Ridge Strategic's control, Stone Ridge Strategic'S liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage of originals shall be a prorated amount of the total amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that Stone Ridge Strategic is injured or becomes too ill to attend the scheduled production time, Stone Ridge Strategic will make every effort to reschedule to the earliest possible date. If the situation should occur, and the production must take place on the scheduled date, Stone Ridge Strategic will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer/videographer/drone pilot. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
